The founder, Michele Puzielli, initiated this venture after a long period of over 20 years as head of the registry office in Fermo, displaying a history of dedication and passion for the region.

With a profound local knowledge, Michele Puzielli laid the foundation for a real estate agency firmly rooted in the city of Fermo. Subsequently, his son Emilio Puzielli assumed leadership of the company, maintaining strong ties with the local community and expanding the vision regionally through the sale of farmhouses and villas in the Marche region to both national and international clientele.
